Services Overview

As a business, MandMHR and our network tailor make our solutions to suit our individual clients.  We appreciate that one size does not fit all, and every company works to its own nuances.  We will always start off with a virtual meeting to discuss requirements and understand the challenges your business requires help with.  

Once we have the background information we need, we will draft a proposal and send to you to ensure everyone is happy the agreed work, timeframes, ways of working and outcomes.  Once an assignment is agreed, we will then ensure we send regular updates and are regularly in touch with our clients to give full overviews of the project and to discuss any scope that changes (after all, we know adaptability is key to successful businesses).
As a general rule, we mostly work remotely, however, depending on the assignment and length of contract, we will provide onsite support as required and can be flexible in the amount of time spent onsite, especially if the assignment is European based.

For Recruitment only based assignments, we work 100% remotely on a contingency basis and will be flexible around rates depending on the size of business you are as we appreciate that early stage start-ups are held to strict budgets and cannot always afford to go to large recruitment agencies with 20 to 30 percent fees.  We also offer a 3 month rebate period on all hires and will focus on quality, not quantity when it comes to CVs.  As with our HR consultancy services, full proposals and agreements will be sent prior to commencing any search.
